At MinMin Travel, founded by Minoru Matthews, CTA, VTA, CCC, we’re passionate about crafting unforgettable travel experiences. With years of expertise and multiple certifications, Minoru’s love for adventure began in childhood. Raised in a family of avid travelers, his journey has taken him to incredible destinations, from Japan and Costa Rica to France, Mexico, and the Caribbean. These experiences fuel his commitment to helping others discover the world.
Minoru's particular love for cruising—especially with Royal Caribbean—led him to create the “Royal Caribbean Refreshment Package Cruisers” Facebook group, where fellow cruisers can share tips, zero-proof drink options, and vibrant insights for making the most of their cruises without alcohol. His passion for helping others enhance their cruise experiences sparked his transition from personal travel planning for friends and family to becoming a certified travel advisor.
His credentials, including certifications from the Travel Institute (CTA, TAP), CLIA (CCC), and ASTA (VTA), ensure Minoru stays current on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry updates. These certifications reflect his dedication to providing exceptional travel guidance and service.

As the business continues to grow, MinMin Travel has expanded to include three dedicated travel professionals, each bringing their own expertise and passion to the team:
- Sandra Salter: A destination specialist focused on European, Alaskan, and cruise vacations, Sandra holds the Certified Travel Advisor (CTA) certification from the Travel Institute and is working toward her CLIA Certification.
- Matt Taylor: A seasoned expert in theme parks and cruises, particularly Disney and Universal, Matt is one of our top selling agents and Matt is currently pursuing certifications from the Travel Institute and CLIA to enhance his knowledge and service offerings.
- Kim Martin: A Florida Keys expert and Royal Caribbean Specialist, Kim has completed the Tripkit Travel Advisor Education Program and passed the TAP exam. She is working toward certification with both the Travel Institute and CLIA.
